/ Lead agency to create 9 ICT Learning Centre's across Sheffield
available to all communities throughout many deprived areas of
Sheffield.

| The ICT Centres are
now all up and running, providing a drop-in facility to any one
fromt the locality, to come and use the internet networked computers.
Various accrediated courses are also on offer including OCN Levels
1-3, Microsoft MOUS and ECDL, as well as many non accredited short

Internet Access - ICT Drop In Centre
Located near Sheffield City
Centre, at SPAT-C Workshop 7, SYAC Centre, the ICT Centre offers
a range of high quality printed and electronic resources, services,
and facilities that are available to all students and members
of the local community. The ICT drop-in
is part of the Training Centre. It is a place for students and
community members to:
- Access the student network to complete assignments
and homework
- Access the World Wide Web for research and
e-mail
- Access on-line learning resources via the
SPAT-C Intranet
- Complete basic and key skills assignments
The Drop in facility is available from 10am to
4pm - Monday to Friday (please call to confirm before attending
